• Clients remain responsible for decisions made based on financial or tax advice provided.

• Any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect deadlines (e.g., NamRA submissions) 
  

4. Fees and Payment

• Fees are communicated upfront and agreed before work begins.

• Payment terms will be set out in invoices and must be honoured to avoid suspension of services.

• Late payments may result in penalties or withholding of documents until payment is settled.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information. Data shared with us will only be used for service delivery and legal compliance, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we exercise due care in our work, NLR Accounting Solutions is not liable for:

• Penalties, losses, or damages resulting from false, late, or incomplete information supplied by the client.

• Third-party actions or changes in Namibian laws and regulations that may impact compliance or financial outcomes.
